(Optional) Uninstall the Netskope App from the Zoom Account

Note

You can skip this procedure if you continue to use security posture for Zoom.

To uninstall the Netskope app from your Zoom account, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed and log in with your zoom credential.

    Note

    Log in with the same username and password that you used to grant access to Netskope.

    The page displays a list of third party apps installed.

  2. Identify the Netskope app and click click Uninstall.

    This will uninstall the Netskope app from your Zoom account.

Once you have uninstalled the Netskope App from the Zoom account, you should delete the Zoom app instance from the Netskope UI. To do so:

  1. Log in to the Netskope tenant UI: https://<tenant-hostname>.goskope.com and go to Settings > Configure App Access > Classic > SaaS.
  2. Select the Zoom icon.

    The UI displays a list of Zoom app instances.

  3. Identify the Zoom app instance and click the trash icon to delete the Zoom app instance.
