“Workplace from Meta” Summary Page
The “Workplace from Meta” summary page provides a high-level overview of the status such as number of posts, messages, users, groups, and violations.
Tip
You can refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon beside the instance name of the app.
To view the “Workplace from Meta” dashboard, log in to the Netskope tenant UI, navigate to API Data Protection, click a “Workplace from Meta” app instance from the left navigate pane.
The summary page displays these primary panels:
- Posts & Messages: Displays the total number of posts, messages, and files with DLP violations. It also displays the following:
- Post Exposure & Message Exposure: Exposure of posts and messages like private, internally shared, externally shared, shared in public.
- Violations by DLP Profile: Displays the total number of DLP-violated activities (posts/messages) per DLP profile. The statistic is categorized by DLP profile.
- Users & Groups: Displays the total number of users and groups in the “Workplace from Meta” account and users with DLP violations. It also displays the following:
- User Type: Displays the type of users like internal, external, or bot.
- Group Privacy Type: Displays the groups based on its privacy like open, closed, or secret.
You can click any of the graph values to get a detailed view of the posts, messages, users, and groups.
