“Workplace from Meta” Users Page
The Users page displays a list of internal, external, and bot users.
Tip
You can refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon beside the instance name of the app.
The Users page displays a table with the following fields:
- Username: Name of the user.

To search users in a domain, use the * wildcard. For example, to search for users in the netskope.com domain, enter
*netskope.com. - User Type: The type of user. There are three types of users: internal, external, and bot.
- # Workplace Groups: Number of “Workplace from Meta” groups the user belongs to.
- # Posts with Violations: Number of posts with violations by a user.
- # Messages with Violations: Number of messages with violations by a user.
- Full Name: Full name of the user.
The Users page allows you to search for specific user using filters. To use the search filters, click + Add Filter to apply one or more of these filters:
- User Name: Find users based on the email address of the user.
- User Type: Filter users based on internal, external, or bot user.
- Workplace Group: Filter users based on a particular group(s).
- Has DLP Violations: Filter users based on a DLP violation.
Based on the filter used, a list of users is displayed in the table. To view complete details about a user, click on an item to open the User Details summary.
The Users page also allows you to:
- Export the contents of the table. Click Export to download a spreadsheet file. On the Export window, you can select the columns and rows, and type the name of the export file.
