Add Global Administrator to the Site Collection Administrators

Note

If the administrator is already added to the site collection administrator of the app catalog, skip this procedure and go to the next procedure.

The administrator who will install the Netskope Introspection v2 app must be added to the site collection administrators of the app catalog.

To add the administrator:

  1. Log in to admin.microsoft.com as a global administrator.

  2. Navigate to Admin > Admin centers > SharePoint.

  3. If the Classic SharePoint admin center page opens, click Go to the Active sites page.

    Or, on the SharePoint admin center page, navigate to Sites > Active sites.

  4. On the Active sites page, select the app catalog URL you created in the previous section.

  5. Navigate to Permissions > Manage admins.

  6. Under Manage admins, add the global administrator account and click Save.

You have now added the administrator to the Site Collection Administrators. Next, you should install the Netskope Introspection v2 app.
