Agent profiles are a list of predefined agents that can be identified on Netskope (like Claude Code, OpenClaw, etc.) and are used with Agent Guardrails Profiles in Real-time Policies to manage how and what agents access. Agent Profiles are predefined and cannot be created, modified, or deleted.
Go to Policies > Profiles >Agent to see the list of predefined agents that are supported by Netskope. The Agent page shows these details about each agent:
- Agent Name: The name of the agent.
- Type: Type of agent. Currently only predefined agents are supported.
- Category: Describes the category of the agent.
- Vendor: Vendor who created the agent.
- Capabilities: Describes what the agent can do.

Go to the Agent Profiles to determine the Agents that you can use as a source criteria when creating a Real-time Protection policies.
