Service Description

AI Command Center (AICC) is a Netskope product that provides visibility and risk assessment for AI applications, MCP servers, and the identities used to access them across an organization.

Definitions and Unit of Measure

An “AI Asset” is any one of the following: an AI Web App (as identified by the Netskope App Catalog), an MCP Server, or an AI Identity used to access an AI Web App or MCP server.

Unit of measure

Each AI Asset counts as one Subscription Unit.

Entitlement

Subscription Period: As set forth in a customer’s Order.

Licensing Model:

Volume-based: Each subscription provides access to a fixed volume of AI Assets as defined in the Customer’s Order.

Pooling: AI Asset entitlement is assigned at the account level and may be shared across multiple of the Customer’s tenants

Non-Rollover: Any unused AI Asset licenses at the end of a subscription period do not roll over to the subsequent subscription period.

Add-On packages: Customers may purchase incremental Subscription Units in packs of fixed volumes to increase their entitlements for AI Assets (via “add-on” packages) at any time during the Subscription Period, by placing an additional Order.

Usage Monitoring

Netskope will monitor the Customer’s actual usage and notify Customer when the number of AI Assets exceeds the licensed quantity

Measurement & Enforcement:

Measurement Methodology: Netskope measures usage based on the number of AI Assets discovered over a rolling 90-day period. For details, see the AI Asset billing methodology.

Service Limitations: If the number of AI Assets exceeds the purchased quantities, the service stops displaying new AI Assets. Full Service functionality resumes only when the Customer takes one of the following actions:

Purchase additional add-on packages sufficient to cover the excess AI Assets.
Cease usage exceeding any of the licensed entitlement.

Overage Remediation: If the Customer requires additional AI Assets beyond the licensed entitlement, the Customer must purchase additional capacity to ensure continuity of service.

Customer Records: The Customer may be required to provide written information in support of the purchased entitlements upon reasonable request by Netskope.
