Allowlist the Netskope Client

Some endpoint security software or Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware engines may mark the Netskope Client as malicious (because it attempts to intercept all internet-bound traffic for the purposes of forwarding it to the Netskope Cloud), and can block it from running.

Therefore it is important to allowlist/ permit Netskope Client processes, services, and folders in any AV and/or other security agents running on the endpoint. To learn more, view Allowlist Folders and Files.
