API Protection Dashboard provides overall visibility into your API Protection instance. It will list total files, number of users and type, file exposure, file types and, if configured, files that violate DLP policiesFile information is not stored, only the metadata required to render the displayed information.
Metadata includes the following:
- File details (name, location, type, dates, etc.)
- DLP Violations (if DLP policies defined)
- Who the file is shared with (internal, external or public)
- Links that can be used to access the file
- Recent activities (view, download, upload and edit), as well as who performed the activity and when
- Version history
