Cisco Webex Spaces Page

The Spaces page displays a list of spaces where messages triggered policy violations.

Tip

You can refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon beside the instance name of the app.

The Spaces page displays a table with the following fields:

  • Space Name: Name of the space.
  • Space Type: The type of space. They are direct or group.
  • # External Users: Total number of external users in the space.
  • # Messages with Violations: Number of messages with violations in the space.
  • # Total Users: Total number of users in the space.
  • Team: Name of the team.
  • Created By: Email address of the owner of the space.

The Spaces page allows you to search for specific users using filters. To use the search filters, click + Add Filter to apply one or more of these filters:

  • Space Name: Filter a spaces name.
  • Team Name: Find spaces associated with a specific team name.
  • Space Type: Find spaces based on whether they are direct or part of a group.
  • Creator Name: Find spaces based on who created it.
  • Member Name: Find a space that includes a specific user.
  • Has External User: Find spaces based on whether it has an external user.

Based on the filter used, a list of spaces are displayed in the table. To view complete details about the space, click on an item to open the Spaces Details summary.

This page also allows you to export the contents of the table. Click Export to download a spreadsheet file. On the Export window, you can select the columns and rows, name the export file, and click Export.
