When to use this
Use CLI Diagnostics when you need to confirm connectivity, DNS resolution, or certificate handshakes before opening a support case, or when Common Issues points you here for a specific symptom.
Access the Diagnostics menu
- Open the AI Gateway CLI interactive menu.
- Select Diagnostics.
- Choose a command and follow the prompts.
Every run is recorded in the appliance audit log.
Available commands

openssl s_client | TLS handshake and certificate chain, with or without SNI — useful for DLP connection checks |
