Add a Ticket Orchestrator Queue for the Cloud Exchange Alerts Plugin
To generate the ticket, you will need to add a Queue configuration.

- In Ticket Orchestrator, go to Queues and click Add Queue Configuration.

- Select your Business Rule, Configuration (for which you want to create/generate tickets), Queues, and Target, and then click Save.

Note
Keep the required approval toggle enabled if you want to manually approve the execution of each action manually.
Validate the Cloud Exchange Alerts Plugin
You must be able to fetch the logs from the Cloud Exchange platform. In order to fetch the logs as alerts, the Cloud Exchange platform must have audit logs.
In Ticket Orchestrator, go to Alerts.
Note
- Resolution is supported in Cloud Exchange v6.0.0 and above.
- If you cannot see the alerts on the alerts page then check the audit logs in Cloud Exchange and check for the errors to debug further.
To view logs related to the Cloud Exchange Alerts plugin, go to Logging and apply a filter with the plugin configuration name.
