Ticket Orchestrator Plugin v1.0.0 for Alerts

This document explains how to configure the Cloud Exchange Alerts plugin with the Cloud Ticket Orchestrator module of the Netskope Cloud Exchange platform. This plugin will pull the audit logs of the Cloud Exchange platform as alerts.

Prerequisites

A Netskope Cloud Exchange tenant with the Ticket Orchestrator module already configured.

Workflow

  1. Configure the Cloud Exchange Alerts plugin.
  2. Validate the Cloud Exchange Alerts plugin.

Configuring the Cloud Exchange Alerts plugin

  1. In Cloud Exchange, go to Settings and enable the Ticket Orchestrator Module.
  2. In Settings, go to Plugins.
  3. Search for and select the Cloud Exchange Alerts plugin box.
  4. Configure following parameters:
    • Configuration Name: Unique name for the configuration.
    • Sync Interval: Leave default or change.

  5. Click Next, and select the log types you want to fetch, or leave the default.
  6. Click Save.

Validate the Cloud Exchange Alerts Plugin

You must be able to fetch the logs from the Cloud Exchange platform. In order to fetch the logs as alerts, the Cloud Exchange platform must have audit logs.

Go to Ticket Orchestrator > Alerts.
