When you log into your virtual appliance, the default login banner for the Netskope Appliance is displayed in the console. You can secure the appliance by customizing the login banner to display custom instructions and warning messages for the user.
- To configure a login banner, enter the following command at the configuration prompt:
set system login-banner
- Copy and paste the login banner at the prompt.
- Press
ctrl+Dto set the new login banner. - To save the login banner configuration, enter
saveat the configuration prompt.
