Configure a Real-time Protection Policy using the DLP Profile on Netskope Tenant (Beta)

This policy configuration is just an example of how the File Hashes sent from Netskope CE can be utilized for Real Time Protection. Modify as appropriate for your organization and use-case.

1. Go to Policies > Real-time Protection.

2. Click New Policy and then select DLP.

3. For Source, leave the default as User = All Users.
4. Fill out the destination information. Click on Category dropdown and select “Cloud App”.

5. Click on Cloud App dropdown, search and select “Google Drive”.

6. Click outside of this list to close the search dialog.
7. Click on Activities and select “Upload” and “Download”.
8. Click outside of this list to close the search dialog.

9. For Profile and Action, click on Action and select “Block”.

10. Keep Template as default.
11. Click on Add Profile and select “DLP Profile”.
12. In the DLP Profile, search and select a profile we created earlier.

13. Enter Policy Name.
14. Select “Default” for Group and click on Save

15. Select position of the policy as on the top and click on Save.

16. Real-time Protection Policy is created successfully
17. To use the created Policy click on the “Apply Changes” button, fill comment and save.
