You need to get the sharing information from Custom File Classification to use later when setting up a profile in the Netskope tenant. This information is in the Custom File Classification module when you created a file hash share with a Netskope tenant as the Destination Configuration. You must have a Netskope Custom File Classification plugin and a sharing rule in order to share File Hashes for training for your Netskope tenant.

If you haven’t already done so, go to Custom File Classification > Sharing to create a sharing configuration to use in your Netskope tenant. The Sharing configuration settings needed are:
- Source Configuration: Select a source configuration, any 3rd-party platform pulling the File data.
- Destination Configuration: Select Netskope Custom File Classification plugin as destination.
- Target: Netskope CFC supports one target action, sharing CFC hashes, which will be auto selected in the Target field.
- Map Fields:
- Business Rule: Select the Business Rule from the ones configured.
- File Classifier: Contains a dropdown with all the available File Classifiers present on the configured Netskope Tenant.
- Training Type: Positive/Negative. Positive training data helps train the model to identify files that are similar to the ones being uploaded. Negative training data helps train the model to identify what is not considered a match to the classifier’s model.
