Configure Slack Enterprise Instance for SaaS Security Posture Management
Prerequisites

Slack account with Enterprise Grid plan.

A user with organization or primary owner role.

Keep yourself logged in to your Slack Enterprise Grid account as an organization or primary owner in another tab.
Procedure
To authorize Netskope to access your Slack Enterprise account, follow the steps below:

Log in to the Netskope tenant UI and go to Settings > Configure App Access > Next Gen > Security Posture.

Select the Slack Enterprise icon, and then click Setup Instance. The Setup Instance window opens. Enter the following details:

Slack Org Owner Email: Enter the email address of the Slack organization owner.

Security Scan Interval: You can choose to scan the instance for configuration and other changes at intervals of 15/30/45/60 minutes.

Instance Name: Enter the name of the SaaS app instance. This step is optional and if left blank, Netskope will determine the name of the app instance post grant.

Click Grant Access.

Allow access when a new pop-up window opens asking you to authorize Netskope to access your Slack organization. Close the configuration results page once it opens. By enabling this, you grant access to the Slack scopes listed in Permissions Required for Slack Enterprise.
You may see a warning message stating, “This app is not approved by Slack”, as the app is currently under review for the Slack App Directory. It will be available soon.Refresh your browser, and you will see a green check icon next to the instance name.
