Configure the Ticket Orchestrator Plugin-OLD

Only an Admin can configure the Ticket Orchestrator Plugin. This section describes how to configure the primary Netskope tenant for Ticket Orchestrator. This configuration ensures that alerts data from the tenant is pulled regularly.

  1. Go to Settings and click Plugins.

  2. Click on the Netskope ITSM v1.0.0 (CTO) box.

  3. In the first section, enter a Configuration Name and your Tenant URL (<tenantname> Details about the parameters in the table below. When finished, click Next.

  4. In the second section, select the Initial Range, Alert Type, Query for the alerts received from the Netskope tenant. When finished, click Save.

Plugin configuration name.


Select one of the configured Tenant.

Alert Type

Types of alert to fetch.


This acts as a filter for all the cloud app events in the events database.
