Configure Partner Tenants (Admin Workflow)

To enable users to switch to a partner tenant, the administrator of the Primary Tenant must configure the partner details in the Client Configuration.

Note: This configuration is applied in the tenant from where the users are connecting (the Primary Tenant). It is not bi-directional automatically.

1. Go to Settings > Security Cloud Platform > Netskope Client > Client Configuration.
2. Open the relevant Client Configuration and click Private App Segment.
3. Enable the Partner Tenant Access checkbox.

   

4. Enter the Partner Details:
   • Tenant Name: Enter a display name for the tenant (like Partner 1).
   • Tenant URL: Enter the partner’s tenant URL (like partner1.goskope.com).
5. Click +ADD to include additional partner accounts (Maximum of 20).

   

6. Click Save.
