Terminology
- Primary Tenant: Your main Netskope tenant handling Internet Security policies.
- Partner Tenant: The external tenant providing access to specific private applications.
Scenario 1: Switching from the Primary to a Partner Tenant
When a user switches from their Primary organization to a Partner organization:
- The User selects the specific Partner Tenant (e.g., Org C) from the Client UI menu.
- A new enrollment window opens.
- The User enters the authentication credentials specific to Org C.
- Upon success, the User can access Private Apps hosted by Org C.

Scenario 2: Switching between Partner Tenants
If a user is already connected to Partner Org C and needs to switch to Partner Org B:
- The User selects Org B in the Client UI.
- A pop-up appears confirming the unenrollment from Org C.
- The user clicks Continue.
- The user enters the credentials for Org B to complete the IDP enrollment.
- Access to Org B’s Private Apps is granted.

Scenario 3: Switching back to the Primary Tenant
To return to the default state:
- User selects the Primary Tenant (Org A).
- A pop-up window appears confirming the tenant switch.
- The client reverts to the Primary Tenant’s context.
