Create a list of private documents stored in an API-Protected service

To create a list of documents based on their exposure, navigate to API-enabled protection > SAAS > Application. The below view comes up. Click the ‘Total Files’ figure.

Inside the Files page, select the filter and navigate to ‘Exposure’ option. Select the required value(s). The selection will provide a list of files along with file information (such as file size, file owner, last modified). The results can also be exported and downloaded for offline analysis.
