Create a policy to identify sensitive data in specific locations (public, external or non-approved groups)

Tenant creation User accounts created CASB API Protection connected to CSP (Cloud Service Provider)	CSP (Cloud Service Provider) administrator Cloud governance team Security Analyst

To create a DLP policy for an API protected service checking for sensitive data in specific locations , follow the steps shown below:

Navigate to Policies > API Data protection > New Policy.
Select the API protected service for which the DLP policy is required
Under the Users section, select ‘All Users’.
Under Content section, select ‘Specific Sharing Options’ and then select from the options that apply:
1. Private
2. Public
3. Shared Internally
4. Shared Externally
5. Enterprise Shared
6. Shared with Groups
Select ‘All File Types’.
Under DLP, select the pre-defined/custom DLP profile that you would like to apply.
