Create New Token

To create a new token, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Netskope tenant UI and go to Settings > Security Cloud Platform > AI Gateway > Authentication Token & Group.

2. In the Authentication Token & Group page, click New Token.

3. In the New Token page, enter a token name in the Token field. This is a required field.

4. In the Expire In field, enter the desired expiration duration and select the appropriate unit (Hours/Days/Weeks/Months). This is an optional field.

5. From the Token Group list, choose a token group and assign the new token to it.

6. Click Save to generate an authentication token.

   

7. Copy the token in the Copy Token window and save it securely.

8. Add the token to your AI Agent’s environment variables.

9. Ensure the agent passes this value in the x-ns-aig-apikey header of its API calls.
