The domain profile is used to define external domain accounts for email. The domain profile works in conjunction with API Data Protection apps Gmail and Microsoft Office 365 Outlook.com. As part of the policy definition wizard, you can scan emails sent to external domains like xyz.com or abc.com. To create a domain profile:

Go to Policies > Profiles > Domain > New Domain Profile.

Enter the name of the profile.

Enter domain names separated by a new line.
Wildcard DNS domain entries (e.g.,*.example.com) are not supported in Netskope’s core platform. However, Next Generation API Data Protection does support wildcard DNS entries for applicable use cases. -
Click Save.
