EOA for the Netskope On-Premises Hardware Appliance

Netskope announces the end-of-availability (EOA) for Netskope hardware appliances that are used for on-premises OPLP, DPoP, CDPP, and Secure Forwarder. Netskope currently offers appliances in hardware and virtual form for running OPLP/Discovery/Risk-insights, Data Plane on-premises (DPoP), Secure Forwarder, and Customer data privacy protection (CDPP) software.

This notice relates to the following hardware models:  N1000, N2000, N5000, and N10000.

End of Availability Announcement Date:  April 1,2023

End of Availability Date:  April 30, 2023

Netskope will continue to support existing installed hardware appliances until End-of-Support date to the customers with active services contracts. The following table describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions and dates for the affected hardware appliances.

End-of-Life/ End-of-Support DateThe last date to receive applicable hardware and software bug fixes support as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.March 31, 2025

After the End-of-Feature support date, Netskope will only provide security vulnerability fixes and software bug fixes. If you encounter an error in a version of the software that is other than the latest release of any type, Netskope may require you to upgrade to a specified later version to obtain a correction of the error.
