On the False Positive Reports page (Skope IT > False Positive Reports), you can track the status of your false positive submissions for AI Guardrails.
For each false positive report, you can see the following information:

Submission ID: The ID of the report.

Content Type: The type of content being reported, such as a Post or Response.

Content: The content that triggered the incident.

Current Category: The category that Netskope classified the incident as.

Suggested Category: The recategorization suggestion that was submitted for the incident.

Resolution Status: The current status of the report.

In progress

Resolved – FP accepted (FP)

Resolved – FP rejected (TP)

Need engine improvement

Submitter: The admin who submitted the report.

Report Time: The date and time when the report was submitted.
