Fixed Issues for On-Premises Appliance Version 106.0.0.379

The following fixed issues are included in this release.

211845	When configuring an IPv6 interface, updating settings (e.g., ip, netmask) causes the CLI to go into an endless restart loop.	Delete the interface with the commands `delete interface` and `save`. You can then configure and save new interface settings.
247801	The prepare command is unable to autocomplete the available versions when there are only partial download DEB files.	You must save valid, available PKG file versions only. Follow the workaround below: 1. Check for partial download files with the following CLI command: `upgrade status download` 2. Delete the partial download files with the following CLI command: `upgrade delete version`
252920	If a download fails to complete within an hour (possibly due to an unusually slow download), the autograde fails continuously, because the failed (partial) download will never be cleaned up.	Delete the partial download packages manually with the following CLI command: `upgrade delete version`
260726	Alarms weren’t sent to the cloud if the autoupgrade process failed at a certain step (e.g., getting available package versions from the cloud).	Fixed.
265582	Unable to migrate from a physical appliance to a virtual appliance when dataplane settings were enabled.	Fixed.
283408	RADIUS doesn’t have permission to perform docker-related commands.	Unlock the shell and add RADIUS users to the missing user groups manually.
