Fixed Issues for Virtual Appliance Version 77.6.0

The following fixed issues are included in this release.

140546	Appliance status is not updated on tenant UI.	Appliance status is not updated on tenant UI. No other functionality is impacted.
127206	Uploads are failing on some session files	Some of the session files we create are corrupted since the program does not close the files properly. This causes uploads to fail. Changes to the code fixes the issue.
142669	Upgrading the appliance using “import” command is failing	Upgrading the appliance from version 77.3 to 77.6 using “import” command is failing.
140369	CLI command `status log-file-history <summary/filename>` shows time taken is -1 day for parts.	The command `status log-file-history <summary/filename>` shows time taken is -1 day for parts.
