Fixed Issues In Release 95.0.0

Here is the list of fixed issues in this release.

Issue Number

Advanced Analytics

Fixed an issue where selected users received errors while attempting to download the Risk Management: Cloud Services dashboard. This was caused by the widget Top Managed Apps with Downloads to Unmanaged Devices. The widget used custom visualization format that did not support null/empty values. This is now changed to Table type visualization in the Netskope Library.

CASB Inline ProtectionReal-time Protection

Yandex.Disk app uploads only when there are new contents in the file. A previously uploaded file without any content change is not sent to the Yandex.Disk app. Hence, an Upload is detected only if a content is actually uploaded.

Data Protection

Fixed an issue and made other improvements where the "Full Names (US)" entity was not correctly identifying US full names written in all upper case, all lower case, and mixed case.

Netskope Secure Web Gateway(NG SWG)

Fixed an issue where the policy group name was not updated along with the group name change in Azure AD.

Netskope Secure Web Gateway(NG SWG)

Fixed an issue where a configured real-time threat policy was masking a subsequent real-time Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy with Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) Step-Up Authentication.

Netskope Secure Web Gateway(NG SWG)

Page Events were occasionally generated with a negative value in the connection duration field,"conn_duration", and might also have an end time, "conn_endtime", earlier than the start time, "conn_starttime". The issue is limited to Page Events and occurred when an incorrect end time was used. Page Events now use the correct end time and the connection duration will not be negative.

Netskope Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG)

The issue with loading website in the Internet Explorer (IE) when response is encoded in raw deflate format is fixed.

Netskope Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG)

This fix address the following issues:

  • Editing an existing App Instance Criteria that is based on the policy of automatic de-selection of the already selected App Instances.

  • Existing App Instance Criteria remains as it was originally configured. That is, when editing the policy the user can make additional changes as per requirement to the existing configuration.

Netskope Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG)

Fixed an issue which now blocks addition of Threat Profile to a policy where the chosen application does not support Threat Scan.

Netskope Private Access (NPA)

Fixed an issue where an error message is displayed whenever the Publisher name already exists in Create/Edit Publisher.

Netskope Private Access (NPA)

Fixed potential client crashes on macOS Big Sur. Temporarily reverted TCP FIN support with LWIP, that will affect FTP uploading on macOS.

Netskope Private Access (NPA)

Prior to this release, NPA Client (OSX) was using supplemental DNS. Due to this fix, DNS resolver changed to system DNS resolver only for macOS platforms.

Fixed an issue with adding an API condition that ignores the scoped data if called from Real-time Protection and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Decryption policies.

Risk Insights

Fixed an issue where new Custom Parsers were not created.
