Device Intelligence is a platform product and hence you do not have to upgrade your appliances manually. You are always on the latest version of the product.
Device Intelligence supports integration with SSO providers, such as Okta and Microsoft Entra, to provide you with an easier way to access your accounts. Contact Netskope support or marketing team to integrate SSO in your environment.
