Gmail Summary Page
The summary page provides a high-level overview on the status as well as stats of emails that violate your policies. You can display results for the current day, 7 days, or 30 days.
Tip
You can refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon beside the instance name of the app.
To view the Gmail dashboard, log in to the Netskope tenant UI, navigate to API Data Protection, click a Gmail app instance from the left navigate pane.
The summary page displays these primary panels:
- Emails with Violations: Displays the total number of violated emails sent internally and externally.
- Top DLP Violations: Displays the total number of DLP-violated emails per DLP profile. The statistic can be categorized by DLP profile or rule.
- User: Displays the number of senders and external recipients of violating emails.
- Top Senders of Violating Emails: Displays the top senders of violating emails to any or external recipients.
- Top External Recipients of Violating Emails: Displays the top external recipients of violating emails.
- Top External Recipient Domains: Displays the top external recipient domains of sensitive emails sent.
You can click any of the graph values to get a detailed view of emails with violations, users, and external recipients.
