Licenses

There are two ways to go to the License page. The navigation path available to you varies based on the feature set enabled in your account:

• Home > Settings > Administration > License

• Home > Settings > About > License

Contracts

The Contracts tab provides details about your account licenses. You can click the license to view details such as:

• Contract ID: your unique contract number (autoassigned) for the purchased licenses
• Status: active or expired displays to show the product status
• Expiration Date: date the license will expire for your account

Click the Contract ID to view details for a specific contract. This section displays your purchased licenses.

• Contract ID: your unique contract number (autoassigned) for purchased licenses

• Product Code: Netskope product SKU
• Product Name: Netskope product name
• Quantity: number of licenses in your account for the specific product
• Start Date: contract start date associated with your license

Your expired contracts are displayed for up to 90 days. Contact Netskope Support for details regarding expired contracts over 90 days.

Warning banners appear on the homepage to prompt admins to renew. Click the warning to view the License page for details.

The default time is 30 days prior to expiration and the admin will begin to see banners on their homepage.

In addition, warning banners appear for any expired contracts. Click the warning to view the License page for details.

Usage Report

In the Usage Report tab, you can see your usage metrics for AI Guardrails and AI Gateway and plan your usage accordingly or purchase additional capacity if needed.

For each Netskope license, you can see:

• Entitlement Metric: The Netskope entitlement you can monitor your usage for:

  • AI Gateway: Track your gateways and API calls for AI Gateway.

  • AI Guardrails – SWG: Track your AI Guardrails transaction scan usage. Click the entitlement metric to view the usage report, which shows the:

    • Total monthly licensed NG SWG AI Guardrails scans for the tenant across all licensed users.

    • Actual monthly AI Guardrails scan usage by licensed users.

    • Monthly scan consumption trends to help customers plan purchases or adjust AI Guardrails policies.

    

• Status: View one of the following statuses:

  • Compliant: You’re compliant with your entitlement usage.

  • Overage: You’re over your entitlement usage.

• Actual Usage Quantity: Your current usage quantity for the entitlement metric.

• Entitled Quantity: Your granted quantity usage for the entitlement metric.

• Unit: The unit being measured for the entitlement metric.
