An Admin and User can view and search audit logs. Audit logs track significant events that occur during the operation of Cloud Exchange. Logs provide important information for troubleshooting if any abnormal behaviors and errors occur. Audit logs can be searched through in the Cloud Exchange UI, and you can export the logs to a local system.
- Go to Settings > Logging in the left panel.
- Logs entries are displayed. By Default, log entries are sorted in descending order of occurrence.

- Filters can be set to search for specific log entries. The filter parameters are listed here:
Field Description Filter operators Message Log message. Is equal, Is Empty and contains (Regex also supported). Type Log type (info, warning, error). any in, not in operator (Multiselect) Error Code Error code for particular error message. Is equal, Is Empty and contains (Regex also supported). Details Detailed explanation of log message. Is equal, Is Empty and contains (Regex also supported). Created At Time at which log is created. !=, <, >, >= Resolution In the case of an error, users can perform the mentioned actions to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Is equal, Is Empty and contains (Regex also supported).
You can also export the logs by clicking Export.
Keep Alive Log Message
This feature checks the health of our Cloud Exchange services regularly and creates a message to let us know if everything is okay or if there’s a problem. You can send this particular log to your SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and monitor the status of their Cloud Exchange services.
