Monitoring AI Gateway events

To monitor AI gateway events using Skope IT, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to the Netskope tenant UI and go to Skope IT > AI Gateway Events.

2. In the AI Gateway Events page, you can view all events with the following details.

   • Date and Time
   • Token Group
   • Gateway Name
   • Gateway ID
   • AI Provider Name
   • AI schema
   • Response Model
   • URL
   • Remote URL

3. Select one of the events from the list to get event details in the AI Gateway Event Details page.

   Also, you can select an event from the list, and click the magnifying glass icon next to it, to generate the event details.
