  • Netskope Private Access (NPA) is not supported for devices running Windows 10 and 11 on Snapdragon-based PC.

  • Big Sur - Starting with macOS 11, Apple has stopped the support of kernel extension (KEXT) in lieu of Network extensions. See JAMF for more information.

  • Support for non-standard web ports are added to Mac OS 11.x and 12.x (Big Sur and Monterey)

  • With macOS Ventura, Netskope has validated traffic steering and general Netskope Client functions. Netskope also observed a few known issues with macOS Ventura running as a virtual machine. To learn more, view Support for macOS Ventura.

  • Netskope supports Apple x86, M1, M2, and M3 chipset hardware.

Linux

  • Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04, 22.04 LTS desktop version

  • Linux Mint Desktop Versions 19, 20, 21 (Cinnamon Edition)

Netskope Private Access (NPA) Linux Client for Ubuntu 18, 20 is currently in Early Availability. Netskope Cloud Firewall (CFW) is not supported on the Linux Client.

  • Netskope Client do not support ARM32 based Android devices.

  • Cloud Firewall(CFW) is not supported on the Netskope Client for Android devices.

  • Netskope Private Access periodic re-authentication is not supported on Android and Chromebook.

Multi-user Platforms

Netskope Private Access is currently not supported in any environment where multiple users are logged into concurrently.  Examples include Citrix XenApp (Virtual Apps), Microsoft Terminal Servers, or Microsoft AVD with multiple concurrent users enabled.
