Netskope Digital Experience Management Release Notes for July 15, 2024

New Features And Enhancements for July 15, 2024:

Alerts

DEM alerts with more alert types and notification capabilities are now available for all DEM customers to proactively monitor their Netskope environment and ensure optimum experiences for their end-users. DEM customers can configure four kinds of alerts:

  • Tunnel Status to monitor the availability of the tunnels.
  • Tunnel Flapping to monitor is stability of the tunnels.
  • Service Redirects to monitor the status of Netskope services.
  • Publisher Resource Utilization for NPA customers to monitor the resource utilization of the publishers.

Customers can configure and monitor alerts using the P-DEM User Interface, or choose one of the following notifications options to get notified:

  • Email
  • Slack Webhooks
  • Custom Webhooks

User Overview

The user experience score algorithm has been updated. The update further optimizes the contribution of individual components such as device health, application responsiveness, and network connectivity to the user experience score computation. For more details on the user experience score, please refer to the User Experience Score documentation.

Starting on June 13, 2024, the user experience scores will be computed using the new, optimized algorithm. However, scores prior to June 13th will continue to use the previous scoring model.
