Configure ICAP in the Netskope UI

In the Netskope UI:

Go to Settings > Manage and click External DLP Integrations.
Click New On-Premises Settings.
Enter the request and response URIs of the third-party DLP engine.
Select the Netskope appliances to forward the DLP incidents data to the third-party DLP engines.
Set a timeout value between 0 to 600 seconds to specify time duration for which the appliance waits for a response from the third-party DLP engine. Default is 60 seconds.
In case the third-party DLP engine cannot be reached, choose whether to mark the content as sensitive or not sensitive.
Click Save.
