Remove the Netskope CASB API App from the Zoom Account
If you plan to remove the Netskope-Zoom integration, you should uninstall the Netskope CASB API app from your Zoom account. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed and log in with your zoom credential.
Note
Log in with the same username and password that you used to grant access to Netskope.
The page displays a list of third party apps installed.
- Identify the Netskope CASB API app and click click Remove.
This will remove the Netskope CASB API app from your Zoom account.
Once you have removed the Netskope CASB API app from the Zoom account, you should delete the Zoom app instance from the Netskope UI. To do so:
- Log in to the Netskope tenant UI.
- Navigate to Settings > Configure App Access > Next Gen > CASB API.
- Under Apps, select Zoom and click the horizontal ellipses (…) and delete the Zoom instance.
