Exceptions for Anti Virus Applications

This document contains the best practices recommended to avoid conflicts with any anti-virus tools.

Bypass the following netskope traffic from the anti-virus application: gateway-<tenant-name>.goskope.com:443

Folders and files related to Netskope Client must be whitelisted in the anti-virus application.

Add exception for App ID: com.netskope.netskopeclient.
