Increase OU/Groups for Inline Customers
We have extended the limit of unique user groups/OUs that can be used in Real-Time policies and SSL decryption policies from 1024 to 4096.

An agent for a remote diagnostic channel is available on the appliance that connects to the MP. This enables you to allow Netskope Support to remotely connect to the appliance for diagnostic purposes.

Updating the Appliance License Key
The appliance license key cannot be modified without a reset operation.

You can enable or disable the log parser reject files (used for debugging purposes) on the appliance CLI with the following commands:
