If ’Stay on page’ or ‘Cancel’ is selected (depending on your browser) it cancels the action of adding the widget, while selecting ‘Leave Page’ or ‘Leave Site’ allows to add widget.
295234API Data ProtectionPolicy action for introspection in malware incidents shows as “detection”. This is due to missing or mismatched file md5 in the policy alerts for quarantine and restore. These policy alerts will continue to be available in SkopeIT.
297470API Data ProtectionQuarantine and Restore actions are no longer available for individual files on the malware page. The md5 used in quarantine and restore alerts does not match the original malware file md5.

369804Traffic SteeringAfter CA rotation, if the Client use an older version(lower than 111.0.0), then Client do not install the new CA on the Firefox and Java applications. As a workaround, you can do one of the following:
  • Upgrade Client to the latest version 111.0.0.

  • Manually install the new CA certificate in Firefox and Java keystore.

323565Traffic SteeringPost new CA rotation, the admin cannot download the Client logs from the tenant device page. As a workaround, admin can collect Client logs from the end users devices.
