Known Issues In Release 113.0.0
Here is the list of known issues in this release.
Issue Number | Category | Description |
---|---|---|
349259 | Advanced Analytics | When a dashboard is in edit mode, adding a new widget from the ‘Add Widget’ button triggers browser pop-up, that prompts user to ‘Stay on Page’ or ‘Leave Page’. If ’Stay on page’ or ‘Cancel’ is selected (depending on your browser) it cancels the action of adding the widget, while selecting ‘Leave Page’ or ‘Leave Site’ allows to add widget. |
347556 | Behaviour Analytics | Administrators without access to Incidents > Malware are not able to change list of administrators for Email Notifications |
361310 | Netskope Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG) | When httpAD is enabled on an existing tunnel, it takes up to 30 seconds for the new semantics to reflect. To reflect changes immediately, tunnel needs to be brought down and reestablished. |
296769 | Netskope Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG) | Encryption enabled tenant performs decryption for encrypt support apps only. |
387365 | Traffic Steering | Chrome on Linux only accept one set of CA certs(root cert and tenant cert), not be able to co-existing both old and new certs. After Cert rotated, the chrome traffic with new certificate will be dropped since the existing client tunnel establish with old cert would fail on ssl validation, Client need to re-establish tunnel with new cert. The workaround is disable Netskope Client and then enable Netskope Client to re-establish tunnel after Cert files changed(Cert rotated). |
392643 | Traffic Steering | The login name is missing in the device details page as Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) distribution does not support webUI desktop by default. This information only appears as an install log message and not used by Netskope Client features. Hence it does not impact any functionalities of Netskope. |
392617 | Traffic Steering | The device manufacture information is not available in Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) distributions. There is no file naming “/sys/devices/virtual/dmi/id/sys_vendor” where the manufacture comes from. Since the manufacture details is for display only, it does not impact any functionalities of Netskope. |
386887 | Traffic Steering | The client tunnels the DNS traffic for X DNS server in on-premise mode when X DNS server is added as a destination exception to bypass. |
397442 | Traffic Steering | Firewall TCP exceptions in All traffic mode do not get bypassed at Netskope Cloud in Windows. |
301400 | Traffic Steering | Netskope Client status is not updated because of the incorrect format. |
433199 | Traffic Steering | Upgrading Client version from 113.0.0 fails when self protection is enabled. The workaround is to, disable Self protection, and enable it after upgrading to 114 and above versions. This issue is fixed in release 114. |
