Alerts
Netskope has enhanced Digital Experience Management (DEM) by adding Alerts. This purpose-built framework enables customers to subscribe to key events that can be sent to any destination of their choosing. Depending on your subscription, these alerts provide coverage for Network, Platform, and Private Application events.
The Alert Details pages provide detailed information on individual alerts. This information is valuable for further analysis of where an issue is based, the type of alert with alert-specific information, and geolocation enrichment.
User Overview
Netskope has enhanced Digital Experience Management (DEM) by adding User Overview. This overview is your essential troubleshooting and optimization tool in today’s complex landscape, where network, device, and application nuances converge.
The User Overview dashboard is an advanced feature that provides an overview of all the users that are being monitored along with their experiences. Admins can explore which users in which locations are having issues and can filter for specific parameters. The User Drilldown provides a comprehensive view that displays the user’s experience across device health and performance metrics, network telemetry, and application performance.
