New Features and Enhancements in Version 24.02

Here is the list of new features and enhancements released in 24.02 version.

Hostname Details in Health Dashboard

With this update, you can now see device hostname in the Health Dashboard.

This is a controlled General Availability feature. Contact your Netskope sales representative/support to enable this for your tenant.

Support IPv6 Addresses

Device Intelligence now support IPv6 address in custom device context APIs.

Added ‘record_id’ Parameter in Custom Device Context API

New required field record_id is added in custom device context API and it is included in “failed_devices” section of API response. The API response will look as follows: "failed_devices": [{"mac_address": "ab:cd:ef:gh:ij:kl", "source_id": "abcdef...", "record_id": "123", "message": "source_id max length is 128"}]

Asset’s Source Name is Modified to “Device Intelligence”

With this update, the asset’s source name is modified from Netskope to Device Intelligence. Following product pages have this impact:
