Onboard Claude for AI Command Center

You can onboard Anthropic to AI Command Center to gain visibility into both Claude Enterprise and Claude Platform. Claude Enterprise represents Anthropic’s web application experience, while Claude Platform represents developer and platform usage.

Onboarding Requirements

The following onboarding combinations are supported for Anthropic integrations:

Important Notes

• To view DLP Violations on the AICC Overview page, you must onboard Claude Enterprise using CASB API integration.
• Claude Platform does not support CASB API onboarding.

This onboarding configuration provides visibility into AI assets, identities, governance settings, and DLP-related violations in Anthropic.

Onboard Claude Enterprise for Security Posture Management

Prerequisites

• You must have a compliance access key to perform these actions.

Procedure

Follow these steps to onboard Claude Enterprise for Security Posture Management:

1. Log in to your Netskope tenant.
2. Navigate to Settings > Configure App Access > Next Gen > Security Posture.
3. Under Apps, select Anthropic Claude Enterprise.
4. Click Setup Security Posture Instance.
5. In the setup window, provide the following details:
   • Compliance Access Key – Key used to access compliance and posture data.
   • Anthropic Admin Email – Admin account associated with Claude Enterprise.
   • Security Scan Interval – Frequency at which AICC scans for updates.
   • (Optional) Instance Name – Custom name to identify this instance.
6. Click Grant Access.
7. Refresh the UI to view the newly onboarded instance.

Onboard Claude Platform for Security Posture Management

Prerequisites

• You must have an admin key to perform these actions.

Procedure

Follow these steps to onboard Claude Platform for Security Posture Management:

1. Log in to your Netskope tenant.
2. Navigate to Settings > Configure App Access > Next Gen > Security Posture.
3. Under Apps, select Anthropic Claude Platform & API.
4. Click Setup Security Posture Instance.
5. In the setup window, provide the following details:
   • Admin Key – Key generated from the Claude Platform & API
   • Claude Console Admin Email – Admin account for the Claude Platform & API
   • Security Scan Interval – Frequency at which AICC scans for updates.
   • (Optional) Instance Name – Custom identifier for the instance
6. Click Grant Access.
7. Refresh the UI to view the newly onboarded instance.

Onboard Claude Enterprise for CASB API

Prerequisites

• You must have a compliance access key to perform these actions.

Procedure

Follow these steps to onboard Claude Enterprise for CASB API:

1. Log in to your Netskope tenant.
2. Navigate to Settings > Configure App Access > Next Gen > CASB API.
3. Under Apps, select Anthropic Claude Enterprise.
4. Click Setup CASB API Instance.
5. In the setup window, provide the following details:
   1. Compliance Access Key – Key used to access compliance and posture data.
   2. (Optional) Instance Name – Custom name to identify this instance.
6. Click Grant Access.
7. Refresh the UI to view the newly onboarded instance.

Once onboarding is complete:

• AICC begins discovering organizations, projects, users, API keys, and MCP servers.
• Security posture and compliance checks are enabled.
• Findings and data protection insights become available in the Anthropic Claude Provider Overview view.
