Traffic Handling
It is important to understand how traffic is routed when a user is connected to a Partner Tenant:
- Private Access Services: The Client UI displays the status and details of the Partner Tenant. Private traffic is steered according to the Partner’s policies.
- Internet Security Services: The Client UI continues to display details of the Primary Tenant. Internet traffic continues to be protected by the Primary Tenant’s policies.
Validation Checks
- Single Partner Active: You can only save one partner configuration in your endpoint active state. Switching to a new partner automatically unenrolls the previous partner.
- Disabling Access: If the end-user disables Netskope Private Access while in a Partner account, the Netskope Client switches back to the Primary Tenant’s prelogon connectivity (if enabled).
Logging
Separate NPA logs are created for each partner tenant to assist with troubleshooting. These can be found locally at: %ProgramData%/Netskope/stagent/Logs
