DEM Enterprise Settings

The Settings menu is available at the bottom of the main Digital Experience Management (DEM) menu.

From the settings menu, you can do the following:

• Manage your DEM Enterprise service
• Define your corporate sites
• Deploy and manage your Netskope Enterprise Stations
• Create custom applications
• Manage “App Probe” and “Network Probe” tests

To Configure Your Monitoring Environment

To configure your monitoring environment for the first time, please do the following:

1. Activate the DEM service on targeted users (NSClients) according to your monitoring scope requirements.
2. Create all corporate sites that will be monitored.
3. Create and deploy your Enterprise Stations.
4. Create (if required) the custom apps you want to monitor performance for.
5. Create the App Probes.
