RBI for other Browsers and Platforms
Netskope RBI is compatible with any modern browser on desktop or mobile devices. The following minimum requirements must be met:
- HTML 5
- Ecmascript 6 (ES6 / ECMAScript 2015)
Error Message for Incompatible Browsers
If your browser does not meet the minimum requirements, you may encounter an error message indicating that RBI is not supported on this browser. The exact error message will depend on the specific version of the browser and the OS being used.
Additional Support for Other Browsers and Platforms
While we do not extensively test every possible combination of browsers and platforms, we can assess issues reported on other browsers and platforms that meet our minimum system requirements on a per-case basis. If you encounter issues with RBI on a supported browser or platform, contact Netskope Support to report the issue.
