When using the URL Lookup tool, you can request recategorization for a URL or domain you believe has been miscategorized. The request will be sent to the appropriate internal team, and you will receive an email acknowledging the request. The turnaround is typically 24-48 hours, but can be longer for international locations, high-impact domains, and domains that are part of the CCI database and are linked to application connectors. Based on your feedback, Netskope may or may not recategorize the URL/domain.
To submit a request for recategorization in the Netskope UI:

Go to Skope IT > URL Lookup.

In the search bar, enter a single URL or domain one at a time.

Click Report Miscategorization.

In the Report Miscategorization window, do the following:

Category: Select the categories you think the URL should be classified as.

Report Malicious URL: Select to report the URL as malicious or a Security Risk.

Additional Comments: (Optional) Enter an explanation for the recategorization.

Click Save.
