Reporting False Positives

You can report false positives for malware incidents to Netskope Support where you can track the progress as the team analyzes the file.

To report a false positive malware incident:

  1. Go to Incidents > Malware.

  2. Click The More icon..

  3. Click Report False Positive.

  4. In the Report False Positive window:

    • Select Report false positive.

    • (Optional) Click + Add Report Description to enter your reason and any additional information.

  5. Click Save.

    You will receive an email from Netskope Support regarding your case number and how to track the progress. To see the email, you must be logged in to your tenant and have an active account on the Netskope Support Portal.
