The Reports (New Experience) Overview page helps you easily access recent dashboards and relevant insights. Coupled with the powerful user interaction pages with the dashboard library and personal / group folders, this greatly reduces the effort required to set up Netskope Reports (New Experience) on day-zero and readily allows you to benefit from Netskope Reports (New Experience) insights.

Use the scroll bars to view the widgets within each section.

Persona Profiles

There are two available persona files for Reports (New Experience), Security Leader and Security Architect. Each persona profile has an associated dashboard, tagged with the selected persona; these dashboards are selected from the Netskope Library. The dashboard preview area only shows a subset of the widgets. This is also view-only; to perform actions such as edit, schedule, download, etc. navigate to the Netskope Library and locate the copy.

You may see other grayed out profiles, this is premium content for Advanced Analytics users. 

Dropdown options include ‘Set as default view’ and ‘Hide suggested’.

Suggested Dashboards

Other dashboards with the same tags as the currently selected profile dashboard.

View All – shows pop-up window of entire Netskope Library dashboard collection.

Recently Accessed Dashboards

Dashboards recently accessed by all users in your account.

Includes dashboards saved in the Group folder, and Netskope Library (excludes any dashboards saved in the personal dashboards).

This list of dashboards can be viewed in either tile or list format.

Enhanced Reports Tagging and Filtering

Netskope Library dashboards come with predefined tags, which you cannot edit. However, you can copy the dashboard to our Personal or Favorite folder to enable editing. In addition users can filter tagged reports in the Netskope Library.

List View

The list view shows how many times the tags are used (i.e. added to a dashboard or widget). You can also and can also edit or delete tags from the list view. However, only custom tags (those defined by the user) can be edited or deleted.

Predefined tags are assigned to Netskope Library dashboards by Netskope admins.
